How is the Agent Score calculated?
Profile completeness, verified reviews and closed deals. Unclaimed profiles start at 1.5/5 until the agent claims and completes them, so a high score means a real, active, accountable agent.
What is in the report?
A map of every listing, photos, price, size, availability, highlights, AI notes on photos and the neighborhood, and a match score against your criteria. You can apply, request a tour or sign directly from it.
Why are some listings locked?
Agents can reserve their top matches for exclusive clients. Sign the exclusive agent agreement (two minutes, online) and #1–4 unlock instantly.
Do you show listings from other sites?
Agents can include their own exclusives and open listings from across the market, depending on the report mode they choose.
