How long does it take to get a report?
Agents build a report in about a minute from the listings they already have. Most renters get theirs the same day they apply.
Can I use my own exclusives and open listings?
Yes. Every report has a mode: exclusive only, exclusive first then open listings, or open listings only.
How do signatures work?
The exclusive agent agreement and the lease are signed online with a built-in e-signature form. Signed copies are stored with the client record. You can also plug in DocuSign or Dropbox Sign for your brokerage’s own documents.
Do you take a cut of my commission?
Never. Streellow is a flat monthly plan with zero transaction fees.
