Exclusive Agent Agreement
By signing below, the Client appoints the Agent named in this agreement as their exclusive real estate agent for the purpose of finding a residential rental in New York City for the term stated below.
- The Client agrees to work only with the Agent during the term and to direct all inquiries about listings shared by the Agent through the Agent.
- The Agent will present suitable listings, arrange tours and negotiate on the Client’s behalf.
- Listings, reports and addresses shared by the Agent are confidential to the Client.
- Either party may end this agreement in writing after the term expires.
