Residential Lease Agreement

This Residential Lease Agreement (the “Lease”) is entered into between the Landlord (or Landlord’s authorized agent) and the Tenant named below for the premises described below. By signing, the Tenant agrees to the term, monthly rent, security deposit and house rules stated here and in any attached rider. The Tenant confirms the information provided in the rental application is true and complete.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
The premises will be used as a private residence only.
The Tenant will return the premises in the same condition, less ordinary wear.
This Lease is governed by the laws of the State of New York and the rules of the New York City Housing Maintenance Code.
